My 1997 has a low idle, I'm assuming its just the throttle I need to clean, after realizing I had no MAF haha, nor vacuum issue currently. So, I would check to see if your throttle intake butterfly valve is full of carbon if its something you are willing to do, or spray carb cleaner/choke into the little hole that would be in your throttle right where your intake attaches to your throttle by the biggest pipe.

Hope that helps!
