How to make heater warmer?

How can I improve heater performance? Replace thermostat? Engine temp reporting normal and I'm getting cold AC, just heat seems to be warm only, not hot enough.

Replace thermostat, water pump and coolant. Worked for my Celica. AC blowing cold air but heater only warm air. Now blows hot air.
