Your best bet would be to check ebay or call around/visit different junkyards near you to see if they have a 2000 and up Celica and take a look to see if it has the TRD package and if its still usable. The youtuber Mitch Dore was able to find a TRD wing in a junkyard by him. If you have U-Pull or a Pull-A-Part near you, I find have the yards with the best organization and keep a safe, clean yard. The closest location to Sacramento appears to be in Tucson, AZ. You can check their website to see if they have a Celica on their yard.

Perhaps some one on this forum is selling one of each or can point in a better direction.

Disclaimer: I am not affiliated with or a representative of Mitch Dore, I just like to watch his videos on modifying and prettying up his Celica.

Besides the salvage yard and eBay, don't forget about the Facebook groups. When it comes to buying and selling affordable parts for a car this old, Facebook has become more and more important. There are a bunch.

Also, don't be surprised if you can't find genuine original Toyota parts. These are becoming harder and harder to find as time goes on and also getting more expensive. Some eBay replicas have decent fitment at a fraction of the price. Just read the reviews.

Good luck!
