Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior Identify this hood emblem?

I've looked everywhere and can't seem to figure out what this hood
emblem goes to... any help?

HHmm,

- Dragon would be a celica era - but celica's did not have hood emblems.
- The seams on the metal surround suggest really shoddy manufacturing - not a Toyota trait of the celica era.

I'm thinking its a custom promotional creation for some dealer that had T T - and placed on the dealers car.
