I have an automatic 02 GT. I got it awhile back, as my first car, not knowing how to drive stick. My family and I has poured time and money from replacing the rims to diy painting the center console. Ever since then I have seen people "dissing" autos and always have wanted a Manuel.. I was wondering if it were to be to expensive (tight on cash, only 16) to sell my celica but keep all my previous mods I currently have, to a manuel one... If anyone could estimate the price that would be amazing, I will reply pretty quick also... (note.. not in a bigger city.)

Sounds to me like you like your car, that's why you put all that time into it. Sounds like you want manual because people have been dissing autos. Sounds to me like it's not worth it to sell your car and buy another.
You know your car runs good as it is. You don't want to take that chance with a different one. You don't have to worry about clutch jobs or grinding synchros or anything that comes with a manual. You know your car has a good history.
At the end of the day, you're driving an auto GT. You and I both know that doesn't make a difference if you're not trying to go stupid fast.
Keeping building YOUR car for YOU and forget what OTHERS are saying. I've owned both an auto GT and a manual GTS and I bought both of them because that was what I wanted at the time, no one else. In your current position, I would keep your car and tell them to f*ck off haha.
(I'm 18 and a senior in high school so when I had my auto GT, I heard the same stuff. Didn't bother me.)

I love my car haha, what isnt there to like about the celica! Great first car, I do not want a manual because everyone just disses the autos, manuals are just more fun, and I feel like they will be worth more of my time. I dont know, I would just love a manual, do you know how I could take this.

Then if you want it for you, go for it. Don't rush though. Better to wait for a good deal then get swamped with a quick mess.

The type of people selling Celicas these days aren't trading them in or putting them in their front yards. I found my GTS on the app OfferUp. So I would look on OfferUp, LetGo, and Facebook Marketplace. Craigslist might be worth a shot, but you did say you're not from a big city.
