I’m Erhan and I have just joined the forum.
I have a Celica t sport/gts and I’m from the Uk.
I have recently purchased a second hand A’PEXi with the hand controller. I have done the initialise sequence twice as it had the idle hunting. Even though I done this on the second initialise with the icv cleaned. It only really did it if I gave any throttle blip input or powersteering. I managed to sort of rectify this by raising the idle rev to around 950 rpm. I’m not a tuner or a mechanic. However I am a car enthusiast with plenty knowledge about cars and working on them. However I’m new to aftermarket management.
I have tried to research like mad to find a guide on understanding how to tune via the handcontroller and In general. The only relAtive site I found was paulr33. However it was not specific enough for me as a newbie. Is anyone able to kindly advise on the basics. I have tried to familiarise myself with the handcontroller already. I gave a bit of wot today and it came back with a knock of around 50 and that was upto about 6k rpm.
