Is it possible to take them off and put them on new different seats?

This is what the floor looks like when the front seats are removed from the Celica.

I suppose you could remove each OEM seat track adjuster from the seats, but then you'd have to work out how to attach them to your new non-OEM seats.

Its probably best for safety to use a proper seat bracket adapter for your new non-factory seats.

Do you intend to swap them between another 7th gen Celica, or between racing seats, or seats from entirely different vehicle?
