Hello I have decided that I want to change the factory bumper. I am thinking of getting the front bumper from this body kit https://www.carid.com/2002-toyota-celica-body-kits/duraflex-custom-bumpers-356179858.html

But It says on the description that It must be used in conjunction with the complete body kit. Does that mean I can’t just purchase the front bumper alone and put it on?

you can use each part by itself. there is no requirement of having, "because the front bumper is installed, it wont work unless the rear one is also installed." lololol

if they are only selling the kit in full, not piece sets, that is something you need to contact them directly to ask about.

Checked the link, it says "Must be used in conjunction with complete wide body kit". Wide Body is the important part here. This specific bumper will likely not match up with stock fenders.
I searched for a bit and it doesn't look like Duraflex offers a flush wide body fender, but the GT300 style vents aren't terrible and could be filled in with some fairly simple body work if you prefer the smooth appearance of the stock fenders.
