Between TOYOTA (Toyota OEM) and TRD (Toyota aftermarket), there are essentially five bumper variations.
1) Years 2000, 2001, 2002 are the first version of stock.
2) Years 2003, 2004, 2005 are the second version of stock.
3) Years 2002, 2003, 2004 were presented with the optional "Action Package."
4) For year 2005, Toyota gave the Action Package an update which was also referred to as the a "Tsunami Edition."
There are three other bumper style names used.
5) TRD Elegant - This has the 2000-2002 looks with a lip.
... TRD Mechanical or TRD Aero - These are the TOYOTA Action Package.
Celica GT and GTS both have the same bumper mounting points, thus the bumpers for each are interchangeable.
TOYOTA (Toyota OEM) had four variations:When released, there was the TOYOTA stock style that lasted 2000, 2001, 2002.

Then there as an updated TOYOTA version for 2003, 2004, 2005.
The "TOYOTA Action Package" (also known as "TRD Aero" or "TRD Mechanical") style for 2002, 2003, 2004, had the large round openings on the front for the fog lamps.

https://celicahobby.com/gallery/index.php/category/album-2005This is basically the "Tsunami Edition." Tsunami Edition was an alternate name which was used to drive more sales, mostly in Canada or Europe. The sales year for this name may have been in 2004, but generally the model year is 2005. The Tsunami name was unpopular after a 9.1-9.3 magnitude earthquake occurred in 2004 in northern Sumatra, causing a tsunami, which took 227,898 lives.
TRD (Toyota aftermarket) bumpers had a short life with TRD:The "TRD Elegant" style was available very early in the 7th gen Celica model run, and lasted for about a year before other (not Toyota) companies started producing this style branded with their name.
WingsWest & VIS Racing produced similar looking versions with their add-on lips.
