Daylights repair

I have new headlights installed two weeks ago and one of the daylights is not working. I had another headlights before that one and I had the same problem with it. Can someone tell me what is the problem and what is the relay that I have to change, If I have to change it. Thanks. I have a Toyota Celica GTS 2000.

It may be the fuse more so than the relay.

Check the fuse.
