I bought a white 2001 celica gts as my first car this year.
I live in Australia where it is illegal to modify the engine or have a car exceed 130kW per tonne while on a probationary license (P plate).
I will be on my P plate for 3 years, full license at 21-22.
I dont know if purchasing cosmetics (bomex style kit, kaminari wing) will make my car a ricer or if i should just wait the 3 years and mod it for performance.
- can i buy a kit and spoiler for stock performance celica and not have it be a ricer?
