nope... but use 'em for the ones that cannot hook up to the stock latch or if the hood doesn't sit flush

nope... but use 'em for the ones that cannot hook up to the stock latch or if the hood doesn't sit flush so if the Carbon Fiber hood fits the stock latches you don't need them???

nope... but use 'em for the ones that cannot hook up to the stock latch or if the hood doesn't sit flush so if the Carbon Fiber hood fits the stock latches you don't need them??? and then a gust of wind gets under one side of your hood and blows it up into your windshield and you are blinded as you plow your car into whatever happens to be in your path - then you get jerked forward because of the sudden stop, and are now strangled by your seatbelt and then violently pushed back by your air bag, giving you whiplash... while the front of your car gets pushed in even further, squashing your legs, and twisting and crunching them... use hoodpins to avoid the hassle - they usually run $19 to $35 (SHIPPED) and install takes less than 30 minutes... ive seen a Carbon Fiber hood fly off a civic at 60mph...it came off in pieces and one hit the car behind and crunched the windshield and the top of his car. his hood looked like it fit fine.pay the 20 bucks for the hood pins

hood pins look neat too... only on a lightweight Carbon Fiber hood though, where as they are actually necesary.

i dont mind the look oif hood pins but i definitely prefer the look without...but if i get a carbon fiber hood...safety first for sure unless some one figures something better out...
