Hi all

newbie here, sorry if not posting correctly!

i have recently installed an aftermarket head unit and sub in my Gen 7 2001 celica GT. All working fine, however the fuel gauge is now reading empty and i have the fuel warning light on constantly

i have checked all fuses and everything is fine, i have also removed the connector under the back seat ontop of the tank and placed a meter on the end of the pins and can see power.

Everything else is working, i have read many post about the multi fuse etc. they are all ok and have tested everything else in the car and cannot see anything that is not working

On the new head unit i didnt connect the grey and white connectors, as they are not needed (i think)

all other gauges are working fine also, would appreciate any help as i am at a loss now!

Well, after 20 years I fixed my issue. My gas gauge was not reading and stayed on. Power locks never worked, but windows did. My brights never worked but my regular headlights did.The problem is the BCM box!! My fuses were all good too.Red box underneath the fuses, passenger side.
