Hello! I've recently bought my first car, a Celica GT 00. It's really cool and I love it.
I've been lucky and there haven't been any big problems, although it has some minor things that I'd like to ask about.

First off, the back washer doesn't work, but the front washer does. From my understanding, there is just one pump(motor) for the washers, right? So I guess there's some kind of blockage somewhere. It's not a big problem and I've never needed to use it, but I'd like everything to work if possible.

My other problem is more annoying than anything. It's some kind of plastic sound coming from the dashboard somewhere. I can hear it the best when around 3-4k rpm, often when de-accelerating. Sometime also on higher rpm, but never under 3k rpm. Is this a common problem, or does anyone have any ideas what it is? It doesn't sound like something damaging though.

Thanks for the help!

The hose or more likely the nipple may be clogged up at the end.

Try to clear the nipple with a needle, Spray some water into it and clear it out.

The hose is under the panel on the lift gate. The panel is held by a screw at the inside handle and a few plastic anchors. Try to spray water into the hose and wiggle a wire into it, hopefully the debris will flow out.

Rattling at the dash is caused by loose hardware, You can take the dash out, fit it back in and tighten the hardware, but it's lot of work.

Rattling is also caused by unbalanced wheels, misaligned front end or worn struts. Fix those problems and rattling should reduce or be gone.
