which one is better im kinda of assuming the urethane, but i dont know much about that. is it stronger or something?

There are actually advantages and disadvantages to both materials. Unfortunately, fiberglass has recieved a bad reputation because of some cheap, low quality parts being sold on the market today. The best way to determine the quality is to look for a guarentee or warranty on the parts. High quality fiberglass parts, like those offered by Kaminari, Bomex, CWestin, Greddy GRACER, etc. is actually preferable to a performance tuner as it combines the aerodynamic and aestetic advantages that body kits provide without adding the excessive weight of a urethane kit.

the best body kits from japan are usually fiberglass.its lighter than poly urethane. the higher end fiberglass is thin but strong and flexable.the cheaper fiberglass is thick and could crack easier.

personally i would go for the polyerthane if veilside had it regardless of how much more it cost...to a reasonable extent of course. i thin they started using it now, but like wat they said, ployerthane is flexible and dents rather than cracks on impact. course if the impact was hard enough...im sure it'd stuff up as well.

i'd rather take a urethane kit..

VIS has a new type of kit - fiberglass and urethane... super strung and very flexable (i cannot say the same for the maint, but the kit material is pretty strong though!)

I think as long as you don't hit anything fiberglass is better. Its lighter and holds paint a lot better. If your very prone to hitting shit then go polyurethane. Most People prefer Polyurethane for the comfort factor I believe.

in the front, urethane is better in my thought..

i prefer urethane if the piece is smaller - such as kaminari, wings west or rod millen

...fiberglass if the piece is large - such as r2/brs or blitz, veilside or ing-ing

well im tryin to get a trd kit but i kinda want it cheap i was think wings west sides and rear (is there a difference) then try to find a trd front thats why im asking since the trd is urethane and the fakes are fiberglass

before buying a TRD replica front - look at it in person... ALOT ALOT ALOT of people have been upset with the quality of TRD replica (purchased from several different places around the entire USA)
