After about 3 months of having the engine torque brace on, I decided to do preventative maintenence and start getting my car ready early for next month's autox events. So, I checked the rubber absorbers that take the punishment from the throw of the engine. I took off the brace and inspected the rubber absorbers. I found that they practically desinigrated. I took off the brace a weekago after i fixed it. Turns out it was TOO stiff or something and it was hitting shift gates left and right. It also made shifting more difficult and more notchy.

That brace never did impress me much glad to hear you took it off though.
