Hello! im a new celica owner. i have a black 2001 GT-S auto and i have some questions. (keep in mind im 14 so cheaper pars would be great!) I havnt seen it in person but ive owned it for a few months. these are all the known issues: Broken raidiator, water in the feul tank, molded interior, dry rotted tires, dead battery, expired oil, broken rear suspention, and probably trust issues. anyone have any recomendation on cheap fixes? i am looking for more expensive suspention and tires for Autocross so higher end parts would be nice there. sorry if this is long this is my first forum post ~w~'

Your parents vehicle insurance company can recommend local shops to have repairs done, so it can at least be put back on the road. but by the sounds of it, you may only have just a shell left. replacing the engine and reupholstering the interior may be just a few of the major things in your vehicle's future. the electronics may also be totally shot. your description describes a totaled vehicle, also called total loss. one that requires more money to repair, than what its worth.

You think you are a 14 YO girl, and you think you want to do all this work? You need a set of metric socket wrench and flat box wrenches, also a torque wrench from Harbor Freight, plus a bunch of hand tools. A power screw/socket driver will make it easier and a lot quicker.
If it's a sentimental object of love then anything can be done, and you don't ever want to give it up. I admire your toughness..
Radiator can be replaced in about 2 hours. Just buy an OEM radiator direct from DENSOAUTOPARTS.COM, best and cheapest. After radiator is installed, check all coolant hoses, replace any questionable hoses, may be also the thermostat while your are at it. You will need to refill coolant and bleed air out of the engine. It's not difficult, just take about 2 or 3 hours.
Buy a new battery from Costco, size 35, Interstate brand, best and cheapest. Used battery will die on you.
Flush oil with GUNK MOTOR MEDIC. Flush transmission fluid.
Don't drive rotted tires at high speed. They may blow. Buy a set of new tires from Walmart, size 195-50-16. Walmart sells many off brands with steep discounts,
like Ohtsu FP7000 195/50-16 84 V rated Tire, only $80 a tire plus $20 mounting, but don't expect it to last long and trouble free.
If you can afford higher price,
Yokohama Avid Ascend GT 195/50R16 84 V Tire is $112 plus mounting, high performance tire with 65K mile warranty.
Was the car in an accident or flooded?
How and where broken is the rear suspension?.
I drove my 2002 GTS AT 50K miles with 4 completely flat struts front and rear. Ride was harsher but did not feel the car was out of control at any time. It can be delayed. Buy KYB struts, last about 100K miles. Struts can be installed about 3 hours per pair. Spring compression tools are loaned out by Autozone and Oreilly.
After fixing mechanical and electrical problems, you want to lift up the carpet, spray moldy areas with diluted vinegar and leave the car in the sun a few days to dry out moisture.
