I have a 2000 Toyota Celica GT, Manual transmission.

I first started having problems a few weeks ago when my car started doing this thing where whenever I filled it with gas the pump would shut off. I thought maybe the gas stations just had crappy pumps but it does it at every station. I tried running fuel system cleaner through it which kinda helped but only for a few days.
Then I found out after I got pulled over that my reverse lights are always on whenever the car is on. A week later I started having more problems when my electronic fuel gauge said I'm empty and the gas light stays on even though I filled it with gas. Then my automatic headlights stopped working as well as my dome light won't turn on when I open the door. I'm more worried about the fuel gauge not working than anything else, also I'm scared if my temperature readings are off and my car would be overheating and I wouldn't know

I checked my fuses, one looked like it had some corrosion or something on it so I replaced it, another fuse didn't look blown but the plastic on the fuse almost looked a bit melted so I replaced it as well. Replacing both of those didn't fix anything.

If someone can lend some advise to what my problems are that would be appreciated. I'm unsure if my problems are all electrical related like bad wiring or something, or if they're mechanical. Also not sure if any of the stuff is related or not. Any advice is appreciated thanks for reading this long post

You may have to replace your body control module. It's the red box located on the passenger side fuse box. I have the same issue with the dome light and gas gauge going out intermediately and i found the BCM to be the cause for my 00 gts.
