Celica Forums General Discussion General '02 GT power steering only works after 2k RPMs

Hi guys,

So recently I had a crack in the power steering cooling pipe and had to replace it.
After replacing it I have bled the system(or so I think I did) and the power steering seemed to work fine until I have stopped the car.
After starting it again the power steering didn't work and after trying a few different things to find the problem I saw that after I go past 2k RPM the power steering works.

Do you have any idea what could be the issue?
