Hello everyone. I'm not sure that this is the appropriate place to post but I just wanted to say hello and that I am new to this forum. I am about to acquire a 2001 Celica GT that I am planning to restore to become a DD. The engine was hydrolocked and need a rebuild or replacement. Along with that, I plan to replace suspension components, replace the steering rack. Everything else is upgrades and clean up. I'll post once I get it. I'm looking forward to chatting with you all.

So I picked up the Celica. It need a new engine (I'm going to use a 2004-08 Corolla engine) to avoid the infamous oil burning problem. I will also replace the steering rack and pinion, suspension components and brake rotors and pads.
