Hey, so recently I got a new exhaust installed as the old one was clogged up and leaking everywhere. The new exhaust does not have a catalytic converter and only has one muffler compared to the previous two, and now my car has a check engine light which I expected considering the lack of catalytic converter, but I’ve also noticed that the fuel economy is noticeably worse, probably around 2 times worse if I had to guess, does anyone know what the cause could be?
