Head Unit apple carplay android auto

Looking for just a cheap head unit that I can use Apple CarPlay with. Any suggestions? Not too savvy with electronics/wiring… hoping to get something that’s just Plug-n-Play or something that qualifies as “easy” for the Installation.

Joying, Eonon and some other Chinese companies have custom Toyota 7" receivers. These threads don't have a lot of traffic.
