Have an 02 Celica gts manual. I want to look into go getting a new, tunable ecu, I have a stage 2 performance chip plugged in to the obd-II but didn’t realize till recently that it’s useless because the ecu cannot be tuned, I saw another thread conversation saying that the apexi fp-c will work, but there’s also a price concern. I would like to know if there are any other ecu’s for the 02 Celica manual that can be tuned for a better price, and if so what are the downfalls of getting a cheaper one vs. the apexi? Any help at all with factual information is extremely appreciated!
