Celica Forums News Portal r/Celica Motor Swap question. [r/Celica]

Hey guys I got a 2004 Celica Gt and I've done a 5 speed swap on it out of I think a 2003 Gt. I bought a Gts parts car and I'm wondering if I could put the 2zz into my car and use my 5 speed transmission (the gts car was an auto). This is probably a stupid question but I haven't done much big stuff to cars. The transmission swap has been the biggest thing so far and I had a lot of help with it. I figure since the 1zz and 2zz are the same size motor and what not that maybe it'll work with my 5 speed transmission. Thanks in advance
