Celica Forums News Portal r/Celica 7Gen front sway bar bushings project not going well - need help! [r/Celica]

I am replacing the front sway bar end links and bushings on our 228k '01 GTS. End links are essentially done, just need to tighten by them up and torque them to spec. However, after soaking the away bar bushing attaching hardware in PB Blaster for a couple weeks, I still sheared two of the four bolts of: front one passenger side, back one driver side. Those that have done this job: what to do now? There is no access from under the crossmember to try to extract the bolt end. Any tips appreciated.
