Hi guys,
Last week I did an engine swap on my toyota celica T23 2001. I swapped a 1ZZ-GE for the 2ZZ-GE. The swap included changing the immobilizer, ECU, all wire harness, gauge cluster, exhaust and the whole engine. I did connected every connector, nothing was left unplugged. I wanted to start the car after that, but it did not started. First I discovered that when I put in the new spark plugs, the tip of the spark plugs was bent in a way that it touches the center electrode. This has happened once I screwed the spark plugs in, like if there was something that should push the tip once I screw it in. The previous sparkplugs that were screwed there had the tip okay, not bend. Then I also realized that there is no spark... To top things of I had a compression test and and it shows 6, 9, 11 and 14 BARs in each cylinder. My question is how would you go about solving multiple problems like these. What should I start with ? Thank you very much in advance for each reply.
