should i wait for a gen2 or what? gen2 has been out since August go for the first gen if you have manual transmission... go for gen2 if you have an automatic or manual transmission and you think that at some point you may want to put on the aem bypass valve ... $135 is a great price for the performance... of a Manual Intake... especialy from a company with the excellent reputation of being AEM
It's not just your imagination... Your day really does go by twice as fast while on EverythingCelica.com

should i wait for a gen2 or what? you mean v2 (version 2) gen 2 is the current one like the one in the ecelica store v2 is supposed to give you the gains of a CAI if not more, but its like a short ram intake, but from what i hear, it won't come out for our cars

By the way, I have decided to do something custom.I'm gonna have a bypass valve put on.For those that do not know, the first generation AEM cold air intakes are not bypass valve compatible because they the piping is too the right of the car more.I'm gonna relocate the relay fuse box a few inches over and have my shop just cut the intake piping and easily put on the bypass valve. Does this idea sound good?
