uhm..i dunno? that's the url i cut and pasted directly off the browser..if it say that the site is temporarily unavailable then try again later because geocities sucks. T=
notice i said "INSTEAD of using the wire lights" which is the method that Eugic92 used..i want to know if anyone has used the method in the link on a celica.
celica01, my next design was pretty close to that link...however he has given me some extra hints like using the glass jar and watnot. I plan on making these for whoever want them. Anyone want them? haha
actually it'll be a kit, w/ the necessary wiring and switches/fuses and watnot...to make installation easier for ppl. making the angel eyes is a lot more work than you would think...
that's totally understandable, but in time you'll start tinkering w/ ur car more and more and pretty soon u'll be confident about doing a headlamp painting and angel eye mod.
if you make it using LEDs..how long would they last? i wouldn't want to have to bake my headlights n open them again to replace the lights..it takes so long n gets messy T=
thats what another person on my forum was debating..he's trying to think of a solution to that too..doesnt seem like there is one..but i think LEDs are supposed to have a long life right? jus their battery life limits how long it can be used..but that isnt the case here..maybe prolonged use would affect this here though.
that sucks..i wouldnt want to have to keep messing with my headlights. baking your headlights took like 4 towels..a metal fork..and forever. not fun. T= btw..hihi eric~
led's have a really long life span...like 10,000 hours...something like that...and it all depends on how much current you decide to run through them. Less current and u'll get longer lifespan...more current...and it'll be brighter...
Where can I get some of that wire loom stuff, also, can i get it to glow red...i dont think it would be that hard to put it on, the worst being the headlight dissassembly...suggestions?
