May be a stupied question but what is the best offset for 18 inch and the best tire size to avoid any fender scraping, or does it even matter. i want to get some thick tires but i do not know if it will scrape. i have 1 1/2 inch drop on a blitz Yeah i'm gonna get some 18 inch. thanks for any tips or help

215/40/18...it will be a little bigger than stock size... 215/35/18 for the correct size Depends on the width of ur wheel...thats a 7inch wheel

does anyone know if 215/40/18 on 1 and 1/2 inch drop okay. i mean will it scrap on turns or cause any problems. just curious

I've got 225/40/18 with a 1.8" drop...No rubbing at all unless I turn the whell all the way to the right or left, then it rubs alil bit. I'd say to w/ 225's definately, it gives the rims more protection

Also, 40 series tires are Much better ride wise and for road noise. I had 35's before my 40's and they were a rougher ride and the loud road noise got annoying sometimes

i have 215/40 with a 35mm offset and no drop and it doesn't rub at all
