Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior Turbo Kits for GTS

I checked out the web site mentioned in some of the other post. I was wondering if anyone had put one of these turbos on a GTS yet? If so what sort of internal modifications were done to the engine if any? 11.5:1 is a high compression ratio (as most of you already know) ... is this thing safe for a daily driver? How much difference would climate make?? It's really hot in SC during the summer ...

The GTS engine really sucks in high altitude and in high temps, so an intercooled turbo should work wonders. But don't take my word for it.

this isn't for a turbo kit. But does anyone out there know how much a Blitz supercharger cost?? and where I can get a hold of one? thanks!
