Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior question on 18 inch rims

I'm planning on getting 18 inch rims with this tire size- 225/40/18. Will that screw up anything in the well? and the car is also going to be lowered an inch when i get these, please let me know if this is going to mess anything up, don't feel like putting them on only to rip something.
