Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior BlueBatmobile's TYC Taillight PICS

Alright, I managed to snap a few quick photo's of my new TYC Taillights, umm...along with my new v11 Smoked Overlays for them, which covers the back-up light and housing. I thought the white stood out too much, these look much better imo:). Another one is in the works;).

These are nice lights, although the fitment of the left assembly was a little off. The right side fit just fine. Packaging was excellent, and the quality of the tail lamps themselves appears to be top notch. Installation took me about 45 minutes, only because I was playing around with the left taillight to get it to fit flush. There's a gap at the top which is bearable.

One thing I noticed is that the turn signal indicator is red as well, not amber. I thought a flashing yellow turn signal indicator is required. I went to the auto parts store to try to find an amber bulb that will fit the socket, but no luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated. More pics later...enjoy:).

DAMN!!! Those look hella sick !!! I wish I had a pair of TYC's. Stuck with APC's cus my girl bought them for me and I don't want to hurt her feelings...aren't I sweet .

At least you got one that fits tightly - I've seen worse. but I think yours are actual production. and the ones I saw were still an early release version

Kinda hard to tell in that pic. I'll take more pics this weekend, including the left side gap:(.
