DJ_Curtiz Specialist 2001 Toyota Celica GT Joined: Jul 2003 Posts: 1,274 Orange County, CA	Sup fellaz Not sure if this has been done already but Lately I noticed my throttle being very laggy..I read up about tightening the cable but it seemed kinda too much effort...I snooped around in the pedal bay area inside my celi and found this lil trick... DJ_Curtiz Specialist 2001 Toyota Celica GT Joined: Jul 2003 Posts: 1,274 Orange County, CA	Ok Just got back from the test drive and It does help fou shou... before I could gently tap my acc. pedal without affecting the rps, now its to the touch..Just the way I like it... At first the initial piece I used was too thick my RPM's were like WHOA so I sanded it down to puurrrrfection and now she purrrrrrrs like a kitten, a very aggressive kitty that is lol BTW I used and eraser and cut it in half initially... Easy to remove/replace if I trade/sell or send in to dealership... Another reason for eraser is that is need to be something soft, cushiony so that when you release the gas, you dont have this knocking sound...
