Hi,fellow enthusiats just woundering if anyone has ever made custom piping done to there GTS with duel exhausts and if so, do they give better performnace and how much did you pay for this kind of set up (apprx).

just to let you know, if you go with dual ull probably be losing horsepower true...but it is possible. If you dont really care about the performance and just want the looks then go for it.

if you want the look of a dual exhaust and don't want to lose power, you can always just have the second muffler be non-functional.

i have seen a lot of those types of non functional ones in civics,acuras,neons,saturns, and i dont like that whole idea cause it looks too getto and i aint down with that but thanks for ya input

you would lose hp/torque depending on where you split the pipe and the size pipe after the split. you dont want too big a pipe as this slows down the exhaust gas which is bad for hp/torque.egs. an exhaust like the trd with the center pan and just a tip would not have that much a lost if you split the pipe in two after it comes out the pan if you use two smaller pipe that doesnt surpass the volume of the one bigger pipe by more than 20%.as opposed to an exhaust which splits into two identical 2.5 inch pipes with two mufflers(not tips)on either side!
