i'm still pretty much stock, so i can go either way...i have red brake calipers and a red sub tho, and of course red tail lights, so i'm leaning more toward red, but i'm not sure how it will look on a silver car.

I say since you have a sorta red and silver scheme going, go for the red taillights, dont listen to the negative comments if you get any, its your car do what you want with it to make you happy. grin

i reckon that blue is really nice with silver..like karrions...

i actually got a red, silver and black theme going so i figured that it'd be really badd to throw in another color...then i figured that the only tim i'd turn on my neons is at night...so the rest of my car color schemes dont really matter coz its too dark to tell grin

Yup I'd rather get a green one or a white one because there is a lesser chance of a cop writing you a ticket for that. But the blue would look good, as long as you are willing to take the risk thumbsup

see...I feel the exact opposite...blue and silver is not my cup of tea, but I don't think it looks tacky...I just prefer red and silver

not here, as long as the bulbs cant be seen by other drivers, it's ok to have red and blue neons on.

Im throwing on some red neons just to see how they look, i got a whole set from my friend who recked, thank god cause his car was a POS, he had a Ford Taurus, not even show, it was green, and he said he got a good deal that was the only reason he had red neons, but they looked ugly, at night his car looked like puke, cause he had red ones, in some places on the inside and parts of the windows would be red, and some clear, it was horrible. Anyone ever see a green celica?

In any state it is illegal to have any exterior red or blue lights. They say its impersonating a law enforement officer

also check the stores to see what colors they have most of... RED is a hard color to find (i know this to be true grin). Another thing to remember, Red often looks like Purple if you buy the accent neons (al know this also rofl)

Stick with what others here have sugested... but keep away from red unless you like spending more to get small projects done
