maybe someone can help me im buying a new clutch and im not sure if i should go twin or single plate or if i should go pluck clutch i running pretty much stock but i plan to put a pulley kit,and a 50hp shot of nos in about 2 months if any of you have any suggestion it would be nice im going with centerforce clutches unless any of you think theres something better thanks

I got an ACT 6-Puck, rated for up to 298 hp. My thoughts... I could've gotten a lot better for the money. Quick engagement, but the roughest wheel hop and jerk i've ever felt. thumbsdown I did get a Fidanza Flywheel, too. I can't tell a huge difference, but I guess it does what it's supposed to. thumbsup

Rob, some of the wheel hop is due to the flywheel.

On topic...I would go with a street clutch. ACT street clutch, unless you plan on getting turbo and a bunch of other goodies.

What would anyone think about this clutch. I have an XTD stage 2 that has gone to sh%t with light driving in 14 months!
