instead of painting the bulbs to change the color of the lights in the ac controls like this http://www.ecelica.com/cgi-bin/ubb/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=16;t=000011 , has anyone tried painting a coat directly on the plastic behind the controls? because i painted the bulbs and it kinda worked for the cigarette lighter but the ac controls don't look very blue at all..

Well.. I have color bulb that is in there right now...
Which work really well with red.. but with blue bulb... kindo of light green blue...

But problem that I am having is that it seems to burn out...

Maybe I haven't gotten the right bulb...

I'm gona try to get LED instead... that will give me true blue color or any other color...
