I want to install the front bumper along with the rest of the pieces (ie. side skirt, rear bumper). But in order to install the front bumper, I need to remove the underbody plastic in the front. How? I haven't actually looked under my car yet, and before I jack it I want to know where it is before I actually start so I won't mess up.

Thx!

Piece-a cake. Use a flat screwdriver, and there are slots on the pins holding the underbody plastics on. Pry them up gently and they pop out. They look a bit different than the engine plastics one, and they pop up instead of in.

you don't have to take it completely off...
just undo the front bolts and screws from the front bumper and you should be able to get the new one on.

I don't understand what you mean? I was told and read a lot on ECelica that the front under panels need to be taken off in order to put a new front bumper on. I'm lost...please clarify anyone. Thx

you don't have to take them completely off. Just the front part. Well I'd take them all off because you have to get in the wheel well to do a lil drilling. all thats holding it on are a bunch of lil plastic lock screw things. There cheap peices of crap and expect half of them to break. You can buy a pack of them at the hardware store or ware that stuff is sold. That underbody plasit is an expensive piece of crap so be careful.
