The only cat-back available for the Celica is the Kazuma, which you wouldn't want since it's extremely loud and illegal. Exhausts for the Celi are axle-backs. Some good ones that you might like are TRD, Tanabe super racing medallion, or Apex'i N1. wink

I've got the kazuma and it sounds like an f1 car almost, it is extremely loud and just by me saying it does not do it justice, but i think it is well worth it as long as you own a nice set of ear plugs and don't mind avoiding cops every now and again.

i think that it would be too loud.

i heard this old crappy car with open headers, and it was deafening. i heard it before i could see it. it was ridiculous. i wanted the kazuma until i heard that thing, and then i decided that i want to keep my ears in order until i am old instead of destroying them now.

...I think I read somewhere that the reason most of the exhausts for our cars are only axle back because the cat that we have is actually already decent and doesnt need to be replaced or changed.

But its 2am and Im doped up on flu medicine so I could have just totally made that up.

I have borla for my celica with hotshot header and removed resonator. It is loud but still has a deep sound, not ricey at all. In fact I have had many compliments on the sound quality.

Well, because I was pressed for time I did my Aem intake and Borla at the same time. Together I noticed a good difference, especially around 3k on up. I then did my header and lost a little low end but after about 4k it really takes off. I did however get a timing advance chip (jet chip) and gained any low end that I had lost, also I have the aem pulley which helped just a little bit. With everything on my car it is completely different. Much better takeoff power and I never downshift to pass on the highway anymore, unless I am racing. I also raced a stock gt 5spd with my mods and took it by a decent margin.

I bought a universal muffler off of ebay(I no that sounds bad but please read on) It is a fireball style from Bomz racing. Then I went to a shop and had them custom bend a flange from where the stock exhaust bolts on, around the control arm and then the just welded the universal on. It sounds really deap and loud no rice sound and very smooth. I lost a little low end torque but could definitely fealy the gains up high especially during Lift.
