I was wondering if somebody knew what are some cheap Mods i can do to make my 200 celica GT faster. I already installed BOMZ Cold Air Intake and Intake CHIP. Where can i get these mods. what are the best ones? I know that i can get a turbo but that's over $2,500.00
Don't pay attention to the kill-joys. There are cheap mods you can do that'll get you far. They are right...but I used to be poor (not saying you are, just saying that I know how to keap on a budget), so I could tell you some cheap advances for your car. If you get a grounding system it'll help you a lot man(about $35-$60). Also, when your able XS Engineering has a really kick ass turbo system. It comes with everything. Manifold, intake, ECU, FC, complete Forced induction fuel system (with larger injecters too)...everything...I'll give you the link. It brings your stock car up to 250 hp at the wheels. Then you have the other mods. Hmmm...get a body kit for increased downforce. Also if you get a strut bar ($35-$110) it'll improve your handleing. Buy some high pressure vacuum hoses (about $6). Hmm...anything else to help you out. Oh...get a Optima Battery ($50-$150). And anything else to make sure the engine bay stays cool. They have wraps for the manifold piped to secure the heat inside them. Or you could get a heat blanket (wraps are better). I think that's enough to keep you busy. Remember, it's the little things that count most. People with lots of money will do all the big things and completely omit their power gains in the details. So they go up again someone like you. Both of you have turbo engines, but you started small and have the turbo and then all these little deals...guess who's going to win? XS-Engineering [xs-engineering.com]
Thank you.: Props to Zen Motorsports for an outstanding job on the Turbo fabrication, and Props to Hass Autoworks for hooking me up with so many sweet parts, You guys Rock!
