Ok ive had my car for a while now and every now and then me and some of my friends go over to the local elementary school with a blacktop turned parking lot, and try to do doughnuts, jturns, ect. When it rains i can easily get the car to spin out but i can never keep it going. Does anyone have any advice on this? How do you do doughnuts?

you can't do doughnuts in a FWD car. Unless you go in reverse, but that's dangerous. Wait till it snows, then go have fun in your beater.

Who is going to buy new tires for your car after you burn all the tread off of them?
I'm gonna take your little Civic. Dust it off. Turn it sideways and stick it straight up you candy A*s.

good question
i would guess,
rev up, turn the wheel, drop the clutch, peel out and spin, push in the clutch, rev again, drop the clutch, over and over. that's how you spin you wheels for more than a few seconds, and with the wheel turned, i guess you would go in a circle.

That is AWESOME... But back to topic, if you really want to do doughnuts, get a RWD... my previous car was a Ford Explorer XLT... Couldn't do squat on dry pavement, but as soon as it rained, it was over man... then in the winter time back home (originally from Minnesota), I'd take my sisters beater (1989 Plymoth Colt Vista lol) and get a run in the school parking lot, crank the wheel, and pull the e-brake... fun times!

You can do them in reverse. It's actually pretty fun, if you've only done them forward in the past.
*NOTE* only do this if you have a big open area (ie empty mall parking lot). When you're spinning in circles it's hard enough to avoid things when you come out of it, let alone when you're doing it in reverse. Be careful.

Punch a RWD in the snow after at least 8 stiff drinks. It's fun. I'm gonna try this in my boys' 350Z on Christmas. What a present that would be!!!

Turn the wheel, step on the gas, peel out, pull the handbrake to let the tail loose, and keep revving the engine sporadically so the rear never gains traction. Keep the hand brake pulled, because if you let it down, the rear would instantly gain traction and understeer. An open diff like the ones in our celicas will make this easier to do. If you are to do this, use your common sense and don't do it near someone's house or property, especially poles.
