2 of my friends both own a celica (GTS manaul, GT Auto) but they both have analog settings. How come my one is digital? just out of curiosity  .

It's the auto a/c, I have it, I love it
It's an option here in the netherlands (luxury pack)
so not all celi's have it. None of the US celi's have it I believe.
You probably have the 'luxury pack' too and your friends don't
The lighter is on the other side since New Zealand has RHD I suppose.

Its a new option, on the US cars. the 2003's and above have digital.
