Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior TRD/custom

ok what do you guys think would have the better performance a TRd exhaust or a custom exhaust and how much would the differance be. also if i got a TRD what do you think would happend if i cut off the tip and put on a canister do you thinkthat it would hurt that performance or no because i want a reallllllly deep sound ok thanks to all that can help

If you want deep, go with tanabe. As for TRD or going custom, go with TRD. They spent a lot of money researching and testing their design can't go wrong w/that

get a tanabe. gains are virtually the same as trd but it has a bitchin sound

I went balls to the walls and got the kazuma..haha...But now i went with custom..if you are going to go custom my opinion would be bomz racing mufflers.they have an amazingly deep tone and i love it

IF PRICE ISNT AN ISSUE,THEN GO TRD! LESS HASSLE.IF YOU WANT PERFORMANCE FOR THE MONEY.2 1/2 PIPING(MANDREL BENT)FROM FACTORY RESONATOR STRAIGHT BACK TO A 2 1/2 INLET STRAIGHT THROUGH MUFFLER. YOU CAN GO A STEP FURTHER AND REPLACE STOCK RESONATOR WITH HI FLO.RESONATOR THAT YOU CAN PURCHASE AT SUMMIT RACING.
