My bro's friend owns a superformance Mark III Cobra, no 427, it's got a stroked 302, 4 spd, and is the fastest car I've ever ridden in. with the 427, the car is practically unmanageable, it get's loose at anything over 1/4 throttle, that's with a 302; a fiberglass bodied cobra weighs less than half of what a celica weighs, with (at least) 3X the engine power. Do not take this car lightly, a cobra requires 100% attention from the driver when driving to keep it from going out of control. Also of note, the car is very cramped (so much that the seats are tilted inward to get at the pedals). and most drag strips won't let you run (open topped) and as for getting someone to race you, forget about it. Gene (the owner of the cobra) hasn't found anyone willing to run with him, they all shake their heads and move along.

BTW, nice color choice, but I'll never drive a green car (Especially british racing green) it's bad luck.

a nice 60's era LT1 Corvette Singray would be my weapon of choice, that or An AAR Hemi 'Cuda.

In terms of newer cars, A FD3S RX-7 (Full tuning & JDM conversion) or even and RX-8, or a Z06 corvette would be my cup of tea.

an rx-7, fully equiped with many mods..not riced out..simply tuned for Performance..some nice 19 inch dubs..a classic wing...dropped..with a veilside body kit...ahhh..i love it. but as for my STOCK dream car, you cant go wrong with a viper..or a porsche..the onyl reason i say viper, is cause i like cars that are rarely seen on the raod..here in ny i see porsches every day. but you cant go wrong with the gt2--ever if its not that rare...its simply an amazing vehicle

Don't laugh. 1969 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray with candy apple red powdercoated finish and shiny chrome. The one with the really flared fenders. eek

I might end up extending the front end a bit to put a V10 in, for more horse! thumbsup

EDIT: Like this one, but with polished chrome and whitewalls.

Right now, Supra TT, but it has changed over time. Still like the classic ('64) Corvette. I guess I'd take both if I could.
