The tires are also performance tires (basically looked like it didn't have tread) which the guy said isn't recommended for WINTER driving. I live in the midwest, its winter 50% of the time here.

Or is driving with rims not recommended for winter??? I live in Chicago and winters can be brutal.

Anonymous Unregistered	No that is not to much to pay. Also, you should be able to find normal tires that would work in all weather.

Anonymous Unregistered	You might save a little by going to regular tires instead of performance tires it all depends on brands and quality.
