i've heared a lot about people "dropping" their celicas

what does that mean?
what does it do?
and how do i do it?

Yeah! Just buy lowering springs and replace your stock springs.Your car will looks much better and handling will improve too.You be able to take a sharp turns at the higher speed...

he has shocks in that pic too.

springs are about 200
good shocks are about 400.

I Have Eibach Sportline 2" Drop Front 2.4"Drop Rear.
If you Don't Wanna drop your Car to Low You can buy Eibach Pro it will give you only 1.2F and 1.5R .
You can Buy it from www.Modacar.com [modacar.com] It's wery chip price for this high quality springs $185. + 15 shipping.
You can also change your shocks too if you like it. I have KYB AGX shocks/strusts I got them from E-bay for $405 w/shipping.

or if you just want a 2'' drop you can get hotchkis [hotchkis.net]. they are the best imo.

body kit- 600 (for cheap knock off) - 3500 (for widebody)
paint and install - 600 - 900. It seems like your not very experienced so you'll need a shop to do all the work for you
