confused Mine works perfect with an s2000 antenna.

Think about it: the s2000 antenna is an oem part from honda. It works fine on the honda, so why not on our cars?

Well I wasn't too sure if the reception was affected by replacing the stock one, I guess not grin

what does the S2000 have to do with your radio?

do you think that it affects reception or something?

I guess my car must be really special - because I pickup a station on each and every channel... heck, I even pickup college radio stations while being 100+ away from them.

ie; I'm in San Diego, but can still listen to Santa Monica college radio... or while being in Los Angeles or Valencia and the surrounding areas, I still pickup stations broadcasting from San Diego and polka stuff from the Mexican boarders.

A little FYI - your antenna already travels at least 14 foot before it even gets to the rear of your car wave removing 2 foot of antenna by replacing the stock with the S2000 really hasn't been proven to make a noticeable difference

I know what you're talking about rofl

Anyway, I went ahead and bought, I know, I know, ebay is the devil, but $38 was a good deal. It should be here by Sat/Mon and I gotta figure out a way to install it w/o frying myself or the amp wink

If you remove the stock antennae, it goes out.

I TOUCHED a two inch screw to the hole, and it picked up reception. spineyes
