if i get that Celica Fender Flares ,how can i get my rims wider,do i need to change something inside my car or get wider rims?

you either need to get new wider rims or get wheels spacers

i got a trd spring on my car,so do i need to get a camber kit before i put the spacer?

It is safe but the spacers wear out your suspension quicker due to the added strain on it. As for a slower car, idunnonot sure, but I believe the answer is yes it will slow your car more, Acceleration-wise.

Whenever you put on heavier rims it slows your car.

the best quote I got for paint and install was 432 and that is w/ having them molded and not bolted on

To answer your questions ...

No they are not a perfect fit, they are universal so some modification to the flares will ahve to do done.

Depending on the amount of your drop and rim/tire configuration, after you attach the flares you may have to have your fender cut to allow for more suspension travel. This way your rim and tires would hit the fender if you hit a big enough bump.

As for cost and paint, no idea, every place and every where is different. The best thing to do would be to take a couple pictures around to some reputable body shops and ask them to give you a quick quote.

Off hte top of my head, I'll say $1000.

what rice said, i'd probably go with the wider rims though (but obviously thats not exactly cheap..guess it depends on ur expendable income)
