Hi, I have read the following paragraph in several places on this site:

---
Unlike some other high wattage bulbs which will burn the wirings, these MTEC bulbs are standard wattage ones which are the same as the stock ones, but they output even brighter and whiter than other high wattage bulbs because MTEC bulbs are made to be the newest generation in the market
-----

Does this mean that they are not hotter than the stock bulbs? I am worried that if I get these bulbs that they might melt the headlight housing.

Also have them, no problems. My fogs did go out though, but they went out at the same time, so I don't know what the problem is.
