Just wonder, do I need to remove the whole door panel to replace the door speakers?? or can is there a simpler way, I am not trying to reply the tweeters but just the speakers. Also, how do I replace the rear speakers??

its actually not that hard at all, just remove the screws...you can actually remove all the screw/clips, but only unclip the bottom half of the door...MUCH easier to put back together, but smaller workin space...

I think they're 6.5"-not sure exactly. But I'll tell you this...they are not screwed on, they are kinda bolted on. It's pretty easy to get to them.
